A custom is played by ten. It only takes one person to ruin the game of the nine others. These rules say what is expected and what does not fly.

The spirit

We come here to play with people who want to play. Be the teammate you would like to have: on time, clear, decent in chat and in voice. Everything else follows from that.

Forbidden, no discussion

Harassment and insults aimed at a person, in chat as in voice.
Hate speech: racism, homophobia, sexism, ableism, incitement to hatred or violence.
Sexual, shocking or violent content, including in a nickname or avatar.
Disclosing private information about someone — your own or someone else's.
Threats and incitement to suicide or self-harm, in any form whatsoever.

Fair play

Don't sabotage the game: leaving on purpose, going AFK, feeding the enemy team, trolling picks.
Don't cheat: third-party software, scripts, exploiting game bugs.
State your real level. Joining an Iron-only lobby with a Diamond account ruins the game of nine people.
Be there when the game starts. If you can no longer play, leave the lobby to free up your spot.

Chat and voice

No spam, no flooding, no repeated messages.
No advertising and no recruiting for other services.
No malicious links: phishing, executable files, fake Riot sites.
The only link expected in a lobby is the custom game's link.
Don't record other people's voice chat without their consent.

Accounts

One account per person. Don't share yours.
Don't impersonate another player, a moderator or Riot Games.
No bots or automation to create or fill lobbies.

What happens if you break the rules

The creator of a lobby can exclude a player immediately. Depending on the severity, access to the service can be blocked temporarily or permanently, and the account deleted. Serious offences — threats, content involving minors — are reported to the competent authorities.

Reporting a problem. Use the “Contact us” button at the bottom of the site. Describe what happened, in which lobby and at what time: the more precise, the easier it is to handle.

Reminder

These rules come on top of the Riot Games terms, which continue to apply to your League of Legends account. Behaviour tolerated here can still be sanctioned by Riot.
